Well, that was an unexpected vacation. Personally, I would much prefer it had been for another reason. One of my closest friends was attacked leaving work a few weeks ago. I definitely would have preferred paying her a visit under more pleasant circumstances.
Private.I really should speak to Sydney. I know I should. We haven't really tried to define what it is we're doing since she returned to Atlanta. I don't know why I haven't brought it up. I suppose I'm afraid the kiss was just a fluke, I'm afraid of being rejected.
I should man up and talk to her, though. It's the only way I'm really going to know. /Private.

Oh, sweet vacation.
I'm having a fantastic time in Los Angeles. It's nice to catch up with a certain old friend of mine and it's even nicer to have a little time away from the office.
